VAPIANO

It has been two year now since I work with Vapiano and it's always super nice to discover their new receipe. If you didn't hear from them yet, you can check out this article. Today I'd like to talk about the restaurant in Velizy, close to Paris and the dishes we tried for the special holiday season. 

Actually we had to try few dishes between the diferents from the menu :

- Zuppa di castagne / Burrata dell'iverno

- Pasta al tartufo /Pasta castagne e pecora / Pasta Saint Jacques

- Pizza Pecora 4 Fromaggi / Pizza al Tartufo

- Risotto Al tartufo / Risotto Saint Jacques / Mac and Cheese al Tartufo

I've chosen the risotto al tartufo as they didn't have the mac & cheese al tartufo. It was simply delicious just as the pic look like. My friend has the pizza Pecore 4 fromaggi and she liked it also. For the starter I had the burrata dell'iverno which was nice even if the fig wasn't that fresh because it's not the season. Every year Vapiano works with Perce Neige and if you buy a a main start from the holiday season menu they can help this association which is great.  Thanks Vapiano for having me !

Cela fait désormais plus de deux ans que je travaille avec Vapiano grâce au blog et c'est toujours un plaisir de vous parlez d'eux. Si vous ne les connaissez pas je vous invite à lire cet article qui les présente. Aujourd'hui je vous introduit le restaurant Vapiano de Velizy 2, en banlieue Parisienne.

Un restaurant récent que j'ai eu l'occasion de tester cet été, ils se sont depuis vraiment améliorés.

Pour la recette c'était découverte de la carte d'hiver parmi les choix suivants :

- Zuppa di castagne /Burrata dell'iverno

- Pasta al tartufo /Pasta castagne e pecora / Pasta Saint Jacques

- Pizza Pecora 4 Fromaggi / Pizza al Tartufo

- Risotto Al tartufo / Risotto Saint Jacques / Mac and Cheese al Tartufo 

J'ai choisi le risotto à la truffe qui était aussi bon que la photo le promet. Mon amie a choisie la pizza quatre fromages et elle a également beaucoup aimé. Pour l'entrée nous avons pris la burrata aux figues et noix qui est une superbe association même si les figues n'étaient pas fraîches car pas de saison. La burrata était crémeuse et vraiment bonne. Egalement Vapiano soutient l'association Perce Neige et reverse 0,50 € sur l'achat de chaque plat venant du menu des fêtes, une belle démarche. Merci Vapiano pour l'invitation !
