Début Juillet, nous nous sommes rendus à Honfleur puis à Rouen pour une jolie escale. L’occasion pour moi de (re)découvrir la ville en étant très bien placée grâce à l’hôtel qui nous accueillait ce jour-là : le Radisson Blu Rouen Centre. Un hôtel de 93 chambres, très récent avec une décoration moderne et agréable qui dispose d’un parking sécurisé ce qui a permis de nous stationner en toute liberté le temps de notre séjour. Notre chambre avait une jolie vue sur les clochers de la ville (au total 7 au compteur !) et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires ( WIFI en chambre, service à thé et café dans les chambres) tout en étant spacieuse avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment gourmand avec un large choix de salé (saumon, œuf, charcuteries, fromages) et sucré (gâteaux, pains aux raisins à la pistache, fruits, fromage blanc…) et j’ai eu un énorme coup de cœur pour la pâte à tartiner sans huile de palme bio : un véritable délice !Nous avons également apprécié les cocktails savoureux, un « Saint Germain Spritz » pour moi et mon amoureux a choisi un « Roibos » au bar lounge de l’hôtel, le Jehanne avec une jolie vue sur le Donjon. L’hôtel dispose également d’un espace bien être et d’un spa Thalgo que n’avons pas testé, peut- être une prochaine fois ! C’est vraiment l’hôtel idéal pour faire un break et découvrir la jolie région qu’est la Normandie !

At the beginning of July, we went to Honfleur and then to Rouen for a nice stopover. The opportunity for me to (re)discover the city while being very well placed thanks to the hotel that welcomed us that day: the Radisson Blu Rouen Centre. A 93 room hotel, very recent with a modern and pleasant decoration which has a secured parking which was a great advantage for me a secure parking lot which allowed us to park freely during our stay. Our room had a nice view of the city's bell towers (7 in total!) and (WIFI in the room, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms) while being spacious with quality bedding. The breakfast is really greedy with a large choice of salted (salmon, egg, (salmon, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses) and sweet (cakes, raisin bread with pistachio, fruits, cottage cheese...) and and I had a huge crush on the organic palm oil free tart spread:a real delight! We also enjoyed the tasty cocktails, a "Saint Germain Spritz" for me and my lover chose a "Saint Germain Spritz" for meand my lover chose a "Roibos" at the lounge bar of the hotel, the Jehanne with a nice view on the view of the Donjon. The hotel also has a wellness area and a Thalgo spa that we did not test, maybe next time! It is really the ideal hotel to take a break and discover the beautiful region of Normandy!
